Angle Homes
Angle says it has built homes in Kingman since 1996. The table is the current Kingman-area list, plus Golden Valley and Paradise Trails nearby. Eagle View is new, near Stockton Hill Road. Black Rock is coming soon.

New construction
A local guide for buyers who want a new build, and an agent who is on their side of the table.
Why buy new here
I am Amy Casanova, a local Realtor with Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty. I have been licensed since 2013, and Kingman has been home since 1995. If you are comparing new construction, I would rather walk it with you than have you sort the paperwork alone.
A new home has not had another owner. On a home that is still to be built, you may get to choose the floor plan and finishes. Or you may want one that is already finished and ready to walk through. Both are part of new construction in Kingman, and they are not the same purchase.
The new homes are not all in one part of town. Angle Homes describes its Kingman communities as high-desert neighborhoods near the Hualapai Mountains, with access to Route 66 and I-40. Century Complete describes Valle Vista as ranch floor plans right off historic Route 66. Buying new is not automatically simpler. The contract, the timeline, the lot price, and who represents you are different from a resale. That is the part I want to handle with you.

Neighborhoods
On October 23, 2026, Angle's Kingman-area homes ran about $227,000 to $618,500. That spread includes the lowest home Angle listed at Valle Vista, $227,000, which is under the $237,000 starting price posted for that community. DTL starts from $323,000. Black Rock is coming soon, not open.

New homes in Bullhead City and in Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley are on their own pages. I do not mix those communities into this Kingman list.
Two builders use the name Valle Vista. Angle's is about 17 miles northeast on Route 66, with a golf course. Century Complete's sales information is at 10077 N. Concho Drive. Confirm which builder controls the homesite before you register with anyone.
Black Rock is a future Angle subdivision in south Kingman, off Yavapai Drive and north of East Hualapai Mountain Road. Angle's site map lists HOA dues of $360 a year. There are no plans or prices yet, and it is not open.

Who is building
These are the builders I can point to on a public website. If another builder opens a Kingman community, I will tell you when we talk. I am not going to add a name I cannot show you.
Angle says it has built homes in Kingman since 1996. The table is the current Kingman-area list, plus Golden Valley and Paradise Trails nearby. Eagle View is new, near Stockton Hill Road. Black Rock is coming soon.
Century Complete, on the Century Communities website, markets Valle Vista as new homes in Kingman, off historic Route 66, with ranch floor plans. The page lists quick move-in homes and homes still to be finished. Its inquiry form asks whether you are a realtor, and the community offers a self-guided tour. Register your agent before you go, even if you walk it on your own.
DTL Homes is based in Kingman and says it has built over 200 homes. It is currently building in Prairie Heights Estates. There is no HOA. The September 1, 2026 flyer prices the plans below from $323,000, without upgrades. Lots are roughly 8,800 to 21,500 square feet. Prices change, so ask me for current pricing.
Price
Angle's Kingman-area range on October 23, 2026 was about $227,000 to $618,500. DTL at Prairie Heights Estates starts from $323,000. Those are base figures. A lot premium, an upgrade, or an incentive can move the number you actually pay. Prices and HOA dues change. Verified October 2026. Ask me for current details.
| Plan | Square feet | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Dominica | 1,525 | $323,000 |
| Antigua | 1,657 | $369,000 |
| Cayman | 1,733 | $386,000 |
| Aruba | 1,840 | $404,000 |
| Martinique | 2,006 | $441,000 |
I am not going to treat Century's number as settled either. Century Complete's Valle Vista page lists a starting price of $204,900. That is a starting figure, not the price you will be offered. On October 22, 2026, floor plans on that page were listed from $224,990 to $254,990. Homes listed there sat at and above the starting price, and the list itself changed while I was reading it. That is one community, on one day.
If you tell me the size and the area you want, I will price it against what is actually for sale, including homes the builder has not put on the MLS yet.
Before the first visit
The short version: call me before you walk a model or take a self-guided tour. The rest is why.
The person greeting you at a builder's model home works for the builder. You can still bring your own buyer's agent. That agent's job is to represent you: comparing communities, reading the purchase contract, and staying with the build. Register your agent before the first tour. Some builders will not pay an agent who was not introduced first.
Many builders pay the buyer's agent as part of the sale, so representation often does not add a separate fee for the buyer. That is common. It is not a guarantee. Each builder sets its own policy, and the contract is what controls it. Ask before you tour.
Builders sometimes advertise help with closing costs or a limited-time price. On October 22, 2026, Century Complete's Valle Vista page mentioned limited-time savings. I am not quoting that offer here. The terms were not spelled out on the main community page, and offers change. Ask me what is actually available before you visit, and we will get it in writing.
A lot premium is an extra charge for a particular homesite, often for a view, a corner, or a bigger lot. It sits on top of the base price of the floor plan. The builder sets the amount for that lot. I will not guess a Kingman number here.
The community table shows which places have an HOA and the yearly dues verified in October 2026. Some Angle communities have dues. Prairie Heights Estates and several Angle communities do not. Dues change, and a no-HOA community can still have rules. Ask me, and we will read the documents before you choose a lot.
A move-in ready home can close on a more ordinary purchase timeline. A home that is not built yet follows the builder's construction schedule, which can move. On October 22, 2026, Century's Valle Vista page showed both move-in ready homes and homes with a later completion estimate. Those dates belong to specific homes. Ask for the current schedule on the lot you like.
A new home can still have items you want a second set of eyes on. The city's inspections and the builder's own walkthrough are not a substitute for an inspector who is working for you. I recommend a buyer's inspection on a new build. What you can inspect, and when, is a contract question. We will read that part before you waive anything.
Century publishes a guide about using the builder's preferred lender. A preferred lender can be worth comparing. It is not the only path. You can still talk with your own lender, and we will put the two side by side before you commit.
On the MLS
It shows active and coming soon Kingman homes built in 2025 or later. A few may be recent resales.
I can still go through a builder's own list with you. That part is a conversation, not a search filter.
See newer Kingman homesYes. The salesperson at the model represents the builder. Your own buyer's agent represents you: comparing communities, reading the contract, and staying with the home through construction. Register that agent before the first tour, including a self-guided tour. Century Complete's Valle Vista inquiry form asks whether you are a realtor. Some builders will not compensate an agent who was not registered up front.
Often the builder pays the buyer's agent as part of the sale, which can mean no separate fee for you. That is a builder policy and a contract term, not a promise. Ask before you tour, and read what the contract actually says.
Angle Homes has the Kingman-area communities in the table on this page, including Eagle View near Stockton Hill Road. Black Rock is a future Angle subdivision and is not open yet. I recommend your own inspection. City inspections and the builder's walkthrough are not the same as an inspector who works for you. What you can inspect, and when, depends on the contract. We will read that before you waive anything.
Some do, and some do not. The table on this page shows the HOA dues I could verify in October 2026, including communities with no HOA. Cerbat Vistas was $120 a year. Prairie Heights Estates has no HOA. Dues change. Ask me, and we will read the documents before you choose a lot.
